I got a dilemma, which opportunity would you guys choose for an intern slot?
An intern slot to work with a small fund learning risk arbitrage, that pays enough to breakeven for a summer in New York.
The other offer is to work for an insurance company, in their investment management division doing fixed income research, which pays much more than the risk arb. offer.

risk arb - this is not even a close call. If they're paying you below market, though, be careful. At the very least, you should ask them for more money.
