What is compensation breakdown like for a sales trader at a BB with a few years tenure and some decent sized accounts. I know this can vary widely depending on the accounts covered, but what are these guys pulling down? If possible, breakdown with base/bonus. |

But generally base is 70-80, with bonus of 50-250. Though we're in a tough environment, so pay will be highly differentiated (i.e. could go lower).
