Waaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!
What a bunch of baby's! No wonder you guys didn't get hired here.
This "tiny step up from a day trading firm" has attracted the top talent from MAJOR houses on the street and has more people making real money than any prop desk I know. Our training program makes a huge financial investment in producing traders out of assisants and the only risk a new hire makes is time. Where else can you take a kid out of college, PAY him spend a year sitting next to someone making 1 to 5 million a year (or more) and then give him a substantial credit line to trade with?
The firm is the real deal, and if you guys did some hard research into the company you would have a better chance of getting hired and making some money than spending your time whining on a message board looking for other losers.

I have written a poem to express my friend's feelings about FNYS:
Title: POEM EXPRESSING MY FRIEND'S FEELINGS ABOUT FNYS
the utopia known as first new york, inc.
rises up, beyond the stink
of bitter little people who scoff and whine
that is wasn't their turn, that it wasn't their time
and all the while, the G-man smiles
even several after tribulations and trials
he cries out loud, with his one good lung
cough! cough! cough! (and something about being hung)
scoff all you want, he manages to say
every trader has his day
and yours will come, be sure of that
and when it does, you'll be flat
and you'll miss the run
you silly little men
and the chance will never come again
and why were flat? why did you dreams come to a hault
cause you were too busy, bitching on the vault.
