I am 25 years old with retail brokerage, and private client experience. I am series 7, 63, and 3 and currently trying to catch a break in institutional sales/ trading. I am currently working for a boutique brokerage firm in florida. I do have an institutional client base now, but not in a true institutional sales trading capacity. I have been trying to find a job in Boston, or NY. I can't seem to find an opening. how can I break in? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
