I work in IT at a bank.I really want to quit and join a trading firm. The problem is competition is tough, and I would have to make a major paycut. I dont mind if they pay me 40-50k even the first year. But jobs are scarce and seems like they are looking for fresh college grads. I was wondering if there are other people in my situation and what they are doing. I am seriously considering going to bschool in 1-2 yrs if they accept me so i can get a job on wall street. i am contemplating which is better and i cant focus on one path so i am trying to get a job and also preparing for bschool. i would really love to hear some advise from people in trading or in my situation.. thanks |
