If anyone's looking for a trading job in london, a option-trading firm called Mako are hiring (they advertised in the financial times last week). (They do have offices in the US, but I don't know if they're actually recruiting for there too)
I don't work for the firm, but do know a few people there and it looks like a very good place.

I should have mentioned, they're hiring for their trainee-trader program.
I think the salary during the one-year training period is about ??22000
