I really want to go into trading, however I also want an MBA from a top US B-school.
Does anyone know how top business schools view traders as far as admissions are concerned? DO they prefer coporate finance people instead of traders in admssions?
Thanks in Advance

Remember, they just love the diversity thing, so:
many many corp fin guys go do mba's
very very few traders go do mba's
Therefore, all other things being equal, traders should have it easier. A more important question to ask yourself is if you were in trading, why would you want an mba? I think there are good reasons, but you need to be clear what YOUR reasons are.
One last thing: if you could only do one ie. trading or a 'top mba', which would you do? If the answer isn't trading, you don't want it badly enough.
