Hey there:
I just interviewed with the firm as well. My friends work there and love it.
The problem is, every office is owned by different partners. It's basically like a franchise operation: former daytraders at the firm make their millions, start their own branch, and train new traders to trade their money.
Since every branch is different, the interview process, the training process, the pay, etc are all based on what the partners decide. I actually interviewed at two different locations, one only paid a draw for the first few months, and the other pays a steady draw in addition to payout.
Training...there really isn't any. We're not talking derivatives or fixed-income here, you're just daytrading equities. You can either do it (with some mentorship) or you can't. Daytrading firms run a very tight ship. |

Thanks for the reply. Do you think you will work there? Which office did you interview with?
