A friend of mine worked there. I guess they give you some money, and they somewhat train you. you then daytrade their money for them, getting a % of the pay. after some time, you are reviewed, if you are not doing well, you will get fired. tread lightly, i dont think that there is much training and that you really have to know what you are doing.

Thanks for the quick reply.
The pay is wierd, a bi-weekly draw, there is no signing bonus, and they pretty much are throwing me into the market. It seems like I get to trade with a pro sitting next me for a month and then that's it. Kind of strange. Should I be simultaneously looking at other options?
