I would like to find out the salaries of people in their first 3 years of trading (not as an assistant) to get some idea of what I should do about my offer. Given the current economic conditions and other factors, I have no real baseline to judge my offer. |

Salary should be around $80 +/- $20k. Bonus range is the important statistic - they should have given you an indication during the interviews.
Total comp. for junior trader (<3 years experience) will typically be less than < $200k.
