Ummm, okay, to answer all your questions: the traders are the managers, so yes, the interview was with a trader/manager...my first interview was on campus, it took them a little over a week to call me for a second interview...then my second interview was about a week later, but then I told them I was interested in interviewing for a position in NYC (I had been interviewing in SF) so after my second interview with SF, and since SF liked me, NY called me and offered to fly me out there, so I flew out there about two weeks later, and then they called me the next day to give me an offer. All my interviews were with traders, I'm pretty sure the traders make the hiring decisions, HR just does the logistical stuff, as for a bonus, I wondered about that too, they didn't even mention an end of the year bonus, neither did another smaller firm that I got an offer from, but the offer I ended up accepting (another completely different offer)did have a signing bonus. |

Yes you are eligible for a substantial year end bonus. Payable in Feb. or March. The minimum is 5K but it will mor likely be closer to 20 or 25K. Wolverine is a great firm. Good luck!
