I have a quick question. I am a business economics major and I have two options:
1) Graduate with Honors in Biz Econ
2) Graduate without honors but with a minor in accounting.
Please tell me which you think employers will prefer and which will be better for my future in terms of S&T or really any other finance job. I'm looking for people who think either #1 or #2 please. I would appreciate no posts like "your degree doesn't matter in trading." Thanks! |

Your Q shoulda been in another thread, but...
I would guess #1. Accounting is not so relevant (unless you're doing company research). I'd rather see honors, and I'd rather see more diverse electives (i.e. you take courses outside your major in various areas rather than mostly in accounting). Just my opinion.
