that you have to consider the firm as well and you can't make a general statement. you have to look at the firm, what kind of people they want, what position they are in within the industry, etc. i know, speaking from experience that susquehanna, seems more interested in character and talent rather than exp. i didn't hear a single question on my background (my grades were good enough to get me the interview, but not that hot at all), just prob. questions, about my interest in the job, etc, and i got the job. |

Did you get hired for a full-time position? I am going for a 3rd round with Susquehanna for full-time, and if you have any more detailed advice I would really appreciate it.
