In a field as competitive as trading, I am curious on whether any of you think I have a decent chance of finding a job in it. I go to Texas A&M University (tier 2), have about a 3.3 GPA in Finance with a focus in Investments, am bilingual (Spanish and English), am working in the Dominican Republic this summer, and will graduate a year early (May 2002). I'm not worried about how I will perform in my interviews, but whether or not I will be granted one in the first place. What do you think? I am mainly interested in working for a larger BB firm. Oh and what is Texas A&M's reputation in trading? Any advice is appreciated.
