What are the chances for a Non-Ivy league undergrad? |

I go to an average school with an above average public relations department. This means a few students can get lower positions at some of the top financial firms. I have a great track record of delivering results under pressure. I am taking 6 courses a quarter while working 25 hrs a week and will be graduating this summer with a 3.9 GPA. I received a job offer from one of the, if not the largest, Hedge Funds to work in their Operations department.
What are the chances that I will be able to work my way up into Trading or Equity research and hopefully onto a top 5 business school? Any suggestions in regards to a strategy would be very helpful.
