Yes, I've done business with them numerous times. Tradition is a solid shop. They're best known for OTC natural gas swaps. If you want to get on their energy desk, give Alan Kurzer a call.
A few things to consider:
How will you be paid? Base salary + bonus, draw, commission only, or a combo?
Will you be provided with clients or will you be expected to build your own book?
