It can differ from desk to desk, but the bottom line is that they survive without you for 10 months of the year. Coffee is a staple of what you do, but making sure you do a simple thing like that correctly is important. You can help the traders out by assisting them with some things and trying to earn their trust so that they'll give you more responsibility, but the truth is that summer analysts are very limited, because they are not licensed. Just have a good attitude and work hard, and you'll get an offer back. |

Excellent advice tengjay. At the end of the day, it's basically a test to determine if they want to offer you a full-time position.
