They are doing lots of swaps, equity monetization, trying to structure instrument to hedge things such as gas.
I also received an offer in biotech PE but that pays much less. So I was wondering if derivative traders was fun and interesting? Am I limited to only that in the future? or is it well recognized and versatile. Thanks again

find out about the size of hte PE firm and its reputation - it might not be too great.

derivatives trading is really cool from what i've heard.

this i'm not so sure of - possibly. but if you're good you will have no reason to want to leave, supposedly.
