Piss one's self. For example, if I catch the love of my life cheating on me I might piss myself. Or, that was so funny I pissed myself. Therefore, "yeah, I pissed myself over" her or that thing. See. Just slang.
Don't judge Le Monde if you don't have a good alternative. WSJ is over rated. FT is more informative.
