i am an 2nd year analyst in research at a Wall Street Firm. I've been thinking about moving into trading, but at a new firm, particularly to program trading for a sell-side company like GS or Merrill. Can anyone provide good tips on how to do this, recruiters, etc. Thank you for your help.
