I know that offers have already been made for many of next year's entry level training programs, but I've heard that after replies are received banks sometimes interview more people for remaining positions (similar to a college waiting list). Has anyone done this or heard of it happening. What's the deal/chances? |

Keep you name in front of the decision makers, not to be confused with HR.
Did you get business cards from the people that interviewed?
If so, contact them every few weeks (mail, voicemail, or email) to let them know you are still interested.
Chances? Your chances of being asked back for another interview are obviously better if you keep contacting them than if you do nothing and hope that they call you.
Why not start contacting the smaller firms that don't recruit? The bios and contact info of the firm's execs/principals are normally available on their website.
