I believe that 50% commission should be paid to producers in the IT and Finance placement world. My firm pays this rate and makes $100k+ attainable for 2 placements a month, 3 placements equate to $200k+ contact me for information and pass on anyone who may be interested. If your recruitment firm needs experienced recruiters would you pay
20% commission or a $10k fee (equivalent to less than one placement)for me to find them?
