So I know the job market is terrible these days, but i was just curious what others were making after being at a consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or other boutique firms) for 2+ years. Our is firm is small and has been struggling with the tech bust, so salaries are low (based on what people were paid in the past). I'm going into my third year and am stuck in the $60s without bonuses or 401k matching. Any other data points?
