The only way you can even hope for a raise is by PROVING you were responsible for actually green dollar REVENUE.
If you weren't -- BZZT! fuhgeditaboudit
Even if you were, don't be suprised if the "cupboard is bare".
Lots of places are in horrible shape & the money ain't there.
