Message: I am in a start up that is going public. I been here for a little over a year and I am in charge of training the operations department, being a lesion for sales in new clients, and managing around 5 people in the department. I did take a paycut for taking the position and in renegotiating have asked for 80K and other benifits. I was wondering if this is too much or if anyone else had an indication of what someone going from a start up to an actual company should expect.
