I have a couple of offers from top drawer pre-Ipo's and hot tech (software) firms for a marketing director job. I am rearing to go, but first I'd like to know what salary, bonus and options (numbers/$ value) should I expect?

I just wanted to steer you to a SW/Internet Salary Sruvey I found at the following website:
http://www.j-robert-scott.com/
They are a search firm owned by Fidelity and they have a PDF file of a salary survey they did. I live and work in Boston and have several colleagues that have had offers in line with these numbers.
What sources have you used to locate these jobs in the Bos area?
