I work an a large retirement facility. I work for the Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer. I live in Florida and sometimes wonder if I make a reasonable salary? |

An Executive Secretary should be making around $40,000-$50,000 depending on how many years you have worked for the company. I am assuming that you attend board meetings and are more or less your boss' right hand.
