Message: I have been working for 7 years at an equipment manufacturer in the sales department as an inside sales coordinator. Since I have been with the company, our annual sales have grown 8 times to almost a billion dollars. During the 7 years, I have been promoted once to Senior Inside Sales Coordinator and I have helped train 12 people, 6 of which are currently working with me, others have stayed with the company and have been promoted. I am currently writing my own job description for Inside Sales Manager and would love to know what kind of salary range I should be in. The company is Global, on the New York Stock exchange, annual sales close to $1 Billion, I have a BS in Business, am willing to travel and have earned a lot of respect for my hard work and dedication. Any ideas of what salary I should be asking for?
