55K for 3.5 yrs QA experience? New York? Wake up! That is highway robbery (employers perpective). You have earned your stripes, leave. This company is taking advantage of you. |

I am a manager of a software QA organization with one of the top 5 defense contractors in the world. I am in California (cost of living comparable to New York) and we would not pay you anywhere near 65K per year. You need a bit more experience to command that type of salary.. Even with a Master's degree.
