Hello,
It's coming time for my annual compensation review and I'm interested in seeing what other sales professionals are getting in regards to their compensation for their annual sales. Are you getting a percentage of your total sales annually or monthly? My position has a base salary and then bonuses are paid based on annual sales numbers. Trying to see where those numbers fall in relation to others in sales. Am I getting average compensation? Is my manager taking me to the cleaners? Trying to get a little info.
