Does anyone know the types of questions asked during the first/second round of interviews w/ Morningstar for its mutual fund analyst position?

I wanted to know the same thing, but for the equity analyst position. I have a second/final round interview coming up. Also, does any one had any idea what the position pays....I have no clue.
