I will be having a telephone interview soon. And i am not very happy with it, since i never did one.. and there is one thing they said they want to discuss something about discussing global comple issues.. it is a first round interview |

No worries - the phone interviews aren't that bad. Generally they last about 45 mins. Your interviewer will introduce his/herself for a bit and talk a little about the company and what he/she does. Then, they generally just go over your resume with you. No surprises. They will then probably tell you more about the kind of position you're interviewing for and voila! Good Luck!
