Well, I'm afraid guys, I am an ATK manager and I'm going to tell you: you have taken the worst from us. Yes, I am speaking about the new leader in the Med: The Crap.
He has been leading Italy (and supposedly the Med, although non existing) in the past 10 years, mastering the ability to flush away somebody else's money (EDS' and ATKs'), cooking the books for ages, but also writing absolutely idiot books worth less than the paper those were printed on, and creating a leadership team which is destroying the Italian office.
You are a good company with good people, and we all respect you. Now, one question: why did you onboard someone like him? The italian market is so huge you could have found many others with a lot more to offer than him.
I admit I don't have a clue why you did it. He is such a pompous asshole, such a boring disaster, a perfect wannabe with no hope at all, and he is old.
Get rid of him soon. Follow my suggestion, or witness his fantastic "skills" at work, and don't be surprised ... |
