I have an interview with these folks - the recruiter commented to me that I would be "amazed" by the comp, so apparently I'll have to believe it when I see it.
Anybody familiar with how it's structured on the temp and/or perm side for finance recruiters? I'm trying get a conservative estimate going, to compare them to non-commission based jobs. Thanks a lot.
