I am certain that I heard somewhere that I have the right and choice to communicate freely in this country. Did you happen to change the first amendment to include certain threads on vault.com's message board?!?! |

Don't start down that road.
The first amendment does not protect speech in a private context and I think the courts are pretty much in alignment on the internet being a commercial (i.e., non-protected) venue.
The first amendment primarily protects political speech from infringement by the federal government. There are additional protections that have been added by Congress and the states, but you are surely aware that not all speech is protected. Pornography is unprotected. Commercial speech is unprotected. Obsenity is less protected.
All of this just to say that this one is a losing battle.
