I am not racist by any means. I own a company that staffs a large number of individuals for various different functions. I want to discuss the difference(non-biased) between African American work ethic and other minority or white groups. I have done an "under the table" study regarding this issue and have found that a whopping 90% of all African Americans that I have hired have been gross mis-hires. The quality of work and the ethics are not there. I employ women, Asians, Hispanics etc. and do not have the problem that I have with blacks. Can anyone be frank enough to help me tackle this issue with out fear of being labeled a racist? Do we need more community involvement for African American communities? I need help because as a business owner and a minority myself, I have quotas to meet yet these same quotas I feel are destroying the quality of my company. HELP!!! |

Your lucky I can't post greek symbols on this message board ( they get converted to latin symbols) because I was going to "break you down" with a statistics formula that would tell you exactly how LARGE your sample size would have to be in order for YOU and the other racists, to make the inferences about our people you are trying to make.
You would have to sample millions of people...If we are 12% of the population 250 mil., then we number approx. 30 mil. The miniscule sample that you observed is in no way large enough for you to base your assumptions. If ANYONE sampled a valid sample size of our people and their work habits, your "results" would be blown out of the water!!! They would be the opposite of your findings-"brutha"!
As a brutha, I would love to punch you in your fuckin' mouth for providing ammunition for SOME racists on this board to shoot us proud, honest, intelligent, and hard working people with. You should be ashamed of yourself...but then again, ignorance is bliss, regardless of what color it is!
For those of you who can't comprehend what you read, I did not single out any group as racists; only the original poster and the jerkoffs who agree with him. Unfortunately, racism exists in all colors. However, the world breaks down into cool people, and assholes...people, choose your side!
