Spare us your bullshit Mr. Ceo. You sound very hostile for someone who has made it "big". What are you the CEO of? Larry's Home Computer Repair? If I had a candidate who demanded the things you did, I would kick them out the door. So many of you suck anyway. And I love contractors who try and play games. You guys are nothing but tactical pieces of crap. Your the same guys who come back a year later after your skillset has cooled off with your hat in hand.
Your full of hotair Mr. CEO. I commend the lady for having the guts to show that wanker the door. |

Apparently the only dingbats in companies aren't in HR. The biggest dingbat in your company is you, `Exec'.
You really sound like an HR person, with that `skillset' nonsense. How stupid. You're an arrogant clod.
I have the ultimate `skillset' - being able to learn jobs that pay only $20-25k a year and should be paying $30-40k. HR people are so dumb that they would rather hire someone at $20k a year who is clueless than hire talent like me for more. If that's your attitude, `Exec', then you're as mindless and foolish as the people in your HR department. You're incapable of understanding that the goal of a firm is to maximize profits, or choose to delude yourself into thinking that you're maximizing your company's profits by hiring people at the cheapest possible price. Labor is difficult to price. It's flexible, because every person is unique and jobs that have the same job title are often not alike in many respects. "Non-negotiable" policies encourage top talent to turn up their noses at those kinds of companies, with good reason.
What audacity! You claim that the talent pool out there is somewhat dry and then tell people that you're not going to bargain with job seekers about the wage. You should have sat in on my lectures when I was a grad student teaching undergrads Principles. Somehow I can tell that you wouldn't be able to grasp the concepts as well as college Freshmen who only want to sit through classes and have a piece of paper to their name.
I challenge you to respond to this.
