I am planning to enter grad school for an MA in social-org psych (or the like).Currently, I am in corporate HR (compensation area), and I hate the way HR people are viewed and treated in my firm. My goal is to be in change management/org dev consulting. I was wondering if an MBA is a better degree to have for this, or if an MA is fine. I have no real interest in the finance type classes which seem to be stressed in MBA programs. Anyone?
