I am new to the field of recruiting for licensed insurance and investment professionals. I was in the retail industry for 25 years recruiting, but this is a whole different animal. I barely see anyone on Monster, Mosiac, or Hotjobs who is licensed.If anyone has an idea or direction I can go, please pass it along to me. I am thinking about buying a list.
