Thank you very much for your response. There is already a class action suit by six other employees against this person and the company for wrongfull terminiation. This person is a menace to the people who work for him and the company. I do live in a state that can terminate at will. But, I was fired 2 days before I was to go permenant, and all the approiate papers were filed. This was a vindictave act, and I can prove malice.
I really don't want to initiate a suit against them, but this man has to be stopped. He is ruining many lives and throwing them in turmoil. A lot of the employees are young and he threathens them with losing their jobs. I have been in this industry for many years and was older than my boss, and he felt threatend by me. that is the real reason he fired me. Plus the fact that he is doing some things that are illegal.
I want to see him gone, but my primary reason is to get my job back.

It sure is nice to see someone have the guts to stand up in corporate America and fight for what is right, and against what is wrong. We all like to see it happen in the "movie of the week" but no one wants to do it in real life.
