Howdie folks,
I did see this one, wasn't surprised by it.
A recruiters is just a salesman: you sell encyclopedias, cars, people, what's the difference?

Bottom line is that you can sit and program, create your fantastic new systems, punch your computer keys all day long, but without the sales department...the people who push your brilliant ideas...where would you be???
A company is nothing without someone to sell what their offering...without sales, it's all a pointless, deadend street.
