Basically I want to create a list of IT firms that treat people poorly. Also I would like anyone who has had a horrible experience with an IT recruiter to list them here so that when they call I could become suddenly busy.
Horrible Firms
1.Madison Consulting Resources located in Edison NJ. They suck because they do not value anyones time. I waited an hour to meet with the recruiter (with no other clients in the office) I took an exam, once I finished the exam, I waited another 25 minutes to speak to the recruiter who told me nothing about my test, and only sent off with 2 of the losers cards with a goofy statement
"I appreciate your patience but I had to obtain work for other consultants which is good for you because I will do the same for you" Frankly these guys SUCK! |

DeltaDallas is pretty awful too. It's located in Dallas, Texas. I went to their legal (not IT) division, but they have IT, Accounting and General Administrative. They wasted my time, kept me hanging on, were really ignorant about the legal profession, and talked on cell phones, had died hair, shallow conversational and business skills. I could go on.
I suppose we have to remember that the majority are not bright, certainly are not at all familiar with our fields of expertise, and are trying really hard to make money and deals. As with any profession, there are some pearls, but it seems there are an inordinate number of slugs.
Rise above :), which is hard when your struggling. In the end, you win out.
