Hello,
I am looking for an entry-level HR position in the STL area. I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Human Resource Management. I have been working as a Technical Recruiter for the last 6 months, but I do not really care for the staffing industry. I had an HR internship at Trans World Airlines during college and loved it. (Unfortunately, they do not have the budget to hire anyone else in HR) I would really like to work in an HR department in a corporate environment. I am a member of SHRM, and have tried searches on the web. Any other suggestions? Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
