with I/T architecture functional area to keep abreast
of upcoming changes in the I/T strategic
architectures. Communicate changes to Program
Management. Develop, communicate and implement a
migration plan for changes. Manage the technical
issues or barriers within the technical infrastructure
and engage the appropriate functional area to resolve
the issue or barrier. Monitor the progress. Develop,
document, communicate and maintain the end-state
technology architecture and migration
strategy. Document current data architecture and
related support capabilities. Identify data
architecture evaluation metrics and standards. Assess
the data architecture based on the evaluation metrics
and identify recommendations. Present data
architecture recommendations to senior
management. Facilitate prioritization and
implementation of recommendations. Re-evaluate and
document changes to data architecture for each
software release. Review release designs to identify
data architecture changes.SkillsThe candidate must
possess a solid understanding of business practices in
the operation of a company and of current and emerging
technologies. They have a solid understanding of many
IT technologies. The candidate must have solid
demonstrated proficiency in creating and presenting
reports (research papers, engagement documents and
proposals). They must have advanced proficiency in
producing realistic, achievable migration plans.
Looking for applicants with 5-10 years of progressive,
broad applied technical project management work
experience doing some degree of technology
configuration, deployment and systems integration.

If you've managed to read (with the intent of retention) both of these you are either a very boring recruiter or need to get a life.

You guys have WAY too much time on your hands! You make fun of that recruiter's wordy post but you are surfing job ads and taking the time to cut and paste typos from some stupid recruiter's ad or their lengthy ad in here? And you make fun of the 'Heathers' out there..I find it ironic!
