I have come across a posting for a Recuiter. Has anyone worked with or for Managmeent Recruiters? Their ad includes an extremely high compensation range which caused me to be skeptical. Any information would be appreciated!

I just spoke last week with a woman who left MRI in the DC area. She did not like the length of time it took to receive her compensation/commission from placements. She was highly upset to leave them with money on the table but she just had to get out.
A lot depends on the owner of the franchise also from what I have seen. I spoke with someone in one of their NY offices recently and he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.
Crap shoot I suppose just like anything else.
