If any recruiters out there are looking for new recruiting systems or are on an evaluation team. You need to check out Icarian. We had them on site for a demo... the product is the best we saw by far. We screened more than 15 vendors and brought three on site for demos. They crushed Personic and WebHire by a mile. This is definitely the best system we saw. Reporting was great and the workflow was awesome too. If you are in the market give them a look.
