Bad addresses standard with recruiters
I've been sending out periodic email updates to the recruiters who buy my survey data for years. A large number have always bounced.
I assume that this is because consulting companies have always fired recruiters who don't hit certain targets and that a lot of recruiters are newbies in some provisional status, even in good times."
Yes - they have arrived here.

Read Janet's message closely, her emails have always bounced. This is b/c recruiting in general has always been a high turn over industry. That is not news. As for whether there are more bouncing now with the thousands of layoffs of technical folks well sure they will.As non-recruiter jobs get cut by thousands so recruiter's jobs will in turn get cut. Where is the news here? Are you trying to scare some of the young recruiters off? I don't understand your point. Are you trying to shock me? Well keep trying, I have been through other downturns and this one isn't that bad!
