Recruiters get so defensive and deep into this trench warfare stuff, that part of their strategy seems to be turning the tables on us and attempting to get into our ethics. Don't buy into that crap.
This is about recruiter ethics. They don't like that but hey, it's a free country, and every time they flame us they will tell us that. What's too bad for recruiters is that it works both ways. |

the "Turnaround Queen"...
I still fail to see how sharing another dimension to some of the excessively short-sighted posts in here is wrong.
Are ya all SO narrowminded that you feel the need to discount additional information and call it "defensive" as opposed to recognizing that maybe there is more to the story than you have knowledge of?
Have any of you ever tried recruiting? Do you know all the various nuiances and details of this profession?
Or are you simply making statements based on your small world of experiences in dealing with recruiters?
I certainly don't claim to know everything there is to know about your professions and what you deal with daily.
All I can see from the majority of your posts is that misery loves company and it's far easier to blame your misfortunes, struggles and failures on recruiters than accept your part in the equation.
Ya want to find the root of the majority of your problems?
Look in the mirror....
