While I agree with some comments made, I don't think that you can judge a comany that has over 250 offices worldwide so flatly. Some offices are good and others are bad. They recently changed bonus and benifits and are trying to make some changes for internal retention. I used to work for them. It is an excellent company to get started in the field. Getting both experience and contacts. You do both recruiting and sales which can suck. It did teach me that I am good at sales, but I don't want to do it. I do believe that they need to seperate these areas. If you want more info you can E-mail me. |

I am currently a lead recruiter for a small company. i'm looking for more stability and more commissions potential. I have interviewed w/RHI. I should know whether I received an offer or not within a week and am concerned about the comments I've read in this message board. Anyone have anything good to say about Robert Half? Thanks :)
