I am an HR proffecional to specify more a recruter. You probably had a bad experience with one or two bad recruiters that gave you your oppinion. You right there are people in HR that only care about how much money they will make or as long as they do what they asked to do. But I want to assure you that there many great HR proffecionals including me who Love what we do and like helping our candidates to get where they want to be!
